Ayurveda, which in sanskrit means “knowledge of life”, is the oldest medicinal system in the world. Its origins go back 5000 years, and since then it has provided us with a broad range of tools and expertise for our balanced wellbeing. Of all the “traditional” systems ayurveda is the only one that approaches wellbeing from a wholistic point of view. In this way it is actually a philosophy of life, whose main objective goes beyond our physical wellbeing, it also involves mental and spiritual wellbeing.

The ayurvedic approach is twofold: prevention and healing of disease. Prevention comes in the form of eating right, doing the right exercise and practicing compassion in our daily life.
